About OutWest Adventures LLC
Mission Statement: Provide a life long memory at an affordable price.
About us
In today’s environment, we know how much a hunting trip can cost, and unless you have previously built a relationship with an outfitter… well, we have all heard the stories of questionable outfitters who do not understand how much your time and investment are worth. The fact is, without the time you need to visit all the places you would like to go, you run the risk of spending a lot of hard earned cash and precious time on a hunt or vacation in which you end up feeling less than satisfied. At Outwest Adventures LLC, we understand as we have had those experiences ourselves, and we understand how important it is for our clients to have the very best experience at a truly affordable price!
Reasonable pricing does not mean that we compromise on quality. To the contrary, our primary focus is on giving our clients a high-quality experience. The memories created from just one visit to a place as steeped in hunting traditions as it is in hospitality will leave you wanting to come back and visit again and again.
Although we offer mostly hunting adventures, we also offer a vacation retreat in the Rocky Mountains. If you like to hike, fish, snowmobile, cross country ski, or are just looking for a quiet place with a touch of the old west, contact us to talk about a great place to spend a quiet week with nature re-discovering the west that the settlers found as they moved into this region of Colorado.

Owner/Operators
Tony Cesario (1976 – 2010)
Tony Cesario grew up in Pueblo, Colorado. As a child, his father took him camping, fishing, and hunting all over the great state of Colorado. He spent many of his childhood years on the plains and high in the Rockies fishing and hunting geese, elk, and mule deer, but his destiny was to take him away from Colorado as he was to become an All American tackle for the Colorado State University Rams and go on to play in the National Football League for 4 years.
Tony passed in September 2010 while guiding elk hunters on one of our ranches in the Rockies of Colorado. He died from Cardiac Sarcoidosis, a very rare disease for which there is no diagnosis or cure. The Cesario 72 Foundation has been established to help find a cure for this awful disease.
As much as we all miss Tony and his passion for life and the great outdoors, his memory lives on in Outwest Adventures LLC and he lives on with each and every client we book and take on a successful hunt. Tony was the heart and soul of Outwest Adventures LLC, without his work with our landowners and his vision for helping other realize their dreams, there would be no Outwest Adventures LLC.
Brant Boyer
Brant Boyer grew up in Henefer, UT a suburb of Salt Lake City. His father and grandfather took him fly fishing on the rivers and streams around Yellowstone National Park and hunting around the rugged mountains of central Utah.
Brant was an All-PAC defensive linebacker and the Captain of the “Desert Swarm Defense” at the University or Arizona. In 1994, he was drafted in the 6th Round NFL Draft to the Miami Dolphins, and was selected in the NFL Expansion Draft to Jacksonville Jaguars where he earned the position of defensive captain. While in Jacksonville, he was selected by USA Today to the "All Joe team" for the NFL's top unsung players for Special Teams. Brant signed with the Cleveland Browns as a Free Agent where he played his final 7 seasons where he was once again elected Team Captain, and was selected for a second time by USA Today to the "All Joe team" as a linebacker. Brant played a total of 11 seasons in the NFL before coaching in training camps with the Cleveland Browns in 2009 and the New York Giants in 2010.
Brant is the Co-Founder of the All Good Foundation, a turn-key Foundation Management and E-commerce website based on philanthropy.
Since retiring back to his home state of Utah, Brant still fishes those same streams with his father and grandfather and he loves to hunt big Mule Deer. Along with his passion for the outdoors, Brant splits his time running several businesses and spending as much time as possible with his wife Melissa, and two sons Brayton (6), and Braddock (3).
Jeff Travis
Jeff was born in McClave, Colorado in December 1973 and has been a life long Colorado resident. Like Tony and Brant, Jeff’s passion for the outdoors was developed at a very young age as he hunted all over southern and western Colorado. Jeff is the key to our lands down in SE Colorado as he has built very long term lasting relationships with our landowners hunting the area for over 25 years. Jeff attended Lamar Community College where he earned his Business Degree and met his wife, they have been married for 15 years and they have two boys (8 & 14) that share his passion and love to hunt. Along with guiding and being a partner in Outwest Adventures LLC, Jeff is the General Manager at the local Ford dealership and is one of the founding members of the Two Shot Celebrity Goose Hunt that takes place for charity every year in Lamar. Although Jeff’s favorite species to hunt is Snow Geese as he loves the challenge, he also hunts and guides for trophy mule deer, trophy whitetail deer, elk, turkeys, and geese. His guiding career started at 14 when he guided his first goose hunt outside of Lamar. Jeff’s preferred method of hunting is archery, and he has taken his share of trophies with a bow that are mounted in his home in Wiley Colorado.
Earl Oesterling
Earl grew up in Northeast Michigan and like Tony, Brant, and Jeff he had a passion for the outdoors at a very early age. Earl’s dad, uncle, and grandfather all worked to introduce Earl to the challenge of hunting whitetail deer in the thick forests and swamps of Northern Michigan. Earl attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids Michigan where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Automotive and Heavy Equipment Management. After graduation, Earl was hired by Toyota Motor Sales where he relocated to Los Angeles and got is first taste of western hunting. Earl booked his first Whitetail hunt at 23 years old in Central Texas where he fell in love with the entire western experience. In the years that followed, Earl was relocated to Baltimore Maryland where he worked on his career and was introduced to hunting the suburban lands around the Baltimore and Washington DC area. His favorite place to spend the fall was on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and in the state of Delaware where he pursued the giant whitetails found in and around the swamps and farmland. In 2002 he booked his first hunt in Northern Saskatchewan Canada where he continued to hunt for the following 8 years. He absolutely fell in love with the northern forests that reminded him so much of home and was fortunate to harvest several whitetails scoring over 160 inches B&C, including two with a gross typical score just shy of 190 inches. Earl’s first trip to Colorado was in 2000 where he hunted elk high in the Rockies with a childhood friend who had relocated to Denver for work. Then in April of 2007, Toyota relocated Earl to Colorado where he was introduced to Tony during a Sponsor Goose hunt with one of Tony’s outfitting companies. Tony took Earl hunting all over Colorado and the two quickly became very good friends. It was though this friendship that Earl met Brant and Jeff and the four quickly formed a very close friendship bond. Earl was relocated to Los Angeles in May of 2009 but the four friends kept in touch and Earl continued to travel back to Colorado to hunt with Tony and Jeff. After Tony passed Earl resigned from Toyota and relocated back to Denver where along with Brant, Jeff and Tony’s sister they swore to make sure Tony’s name lived on as they started to work on really making Outwest Adventures LLC a true destination for western hunts. Although Earl loves to hunt all over the northern hemisphere from Northern Quebec for Caribou to Northern Colorado for elk, his true passion is archery hunting big whitetails. His experience from hunting whitetails from the Maryland to Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and Northern Canada and working with a number of great outfitters allows him to bring that experience to Outwest Adventures LLC.
