Mule Deer Hunts with OutWest
As you leave the Denver International Airport and head east on I70, you will be thinking about huge bodied bucks with trophy size antlers, you
have even seen some of the hunting videos that were filmed in Eastern Colorado. Your eyes scan the distant horizon, looking for that
unmistakable silhouette you have come to know as a mule deer hunter. As you head south off of I70 just east of Limon, CO and the next three
and a half hours pass, you will see lots of Antelope, and you will understand why this area produces trophy mule deer, it is as desolate as
anywhere you have hunted a key ingredient in growing hard to find trophy mule deer. As you continue to travel south toward the Oklahoma
line, you will pass through small rural farming communities and eventually arrive at the Arkansas River and Lamar Colorado. Western hunters have been coming here for years to hunt the Trophy Mule Deer and you too will very soon add your name to that covenanted list..
